Effective Monday, July 30, 2007, the FIX/FAST Market Data will be available in New Release Environment.  FIX/FAST will be replacing the current RLC depth of market format from CME.  The migration away from RLC will begin later in Q3 2007 and will be in parallel production for approximately 12-18 months after this launch.

Testing and Certification Environments

Currently, CME supports two environments to help customers test outside of production.  These environments are as follows:

·         Certification Environment mirrors the production environment, including functionality and messaging.

·         New Release Environment reflects the next functional release to support customers' development and certification efforts for new functionality.

Both environments are similar in size and scale to the CME production environment.  VPN and Client DirectLink connectivity options are currently available for functional testing. For performance testing, CME Group will be adding new, higher-bandwidth connectivity options.
